The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Used the free bikes which were great. The location was very good. The apartment itself was basic but very nice and clean.

The location of the hotel was very central with lots of places to eat and drink round about. The staff were very helpful all with excellent English.

A nice, clean and modern hotel that offers bikes for traveling around the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower had constant hot water. The location is good - we were able to walk to the main attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were also really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It was a good stay. The apartment was very comfortable, breakfast was ok. The location is perfect, close to the main restaurants. Overall I would say I would book the hotel again if I decide to visit Mendoza again.

Location was fantastic- overlooking beautiful leafy Plaza Chile, big balcony, lovely views. Right in the middle of everything. Lovely hot tub with views of the mountains on the roof. Perfectly adequate restaurant. Large spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Top standard.

Very good location and in a walk distance from Plaza Independência. The room was spacious and clean. It had a cooktop and a sink, with some plates, glasses and cutlery, which helped us a lot since we were traveling with our 1-year-old baby girl. Staff was kind and very helpful.

Lucia, the receptionist, was incredibily helpful when we asked to get a different room as, due to a massive concentration of external aircon engines close to our window, It was impossible to sleep. She promptly offered a new and silent room

Good quality simple breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff. Changed out room when we said we did not like the initial one. Listened to our request. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower.

Room was clean and large. Great wrap around balcony that overlooked a Plaza. Breakfast was great. Plenty of close restaurants and places to walk to. Front desk staff was friendly.

Cristian at the front desk was exceptional. Always available, very friendly and so knowledgeable of the area. A bonus to be able to communicate in Portuguese! Rooms are spacious Location great
